What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Are the Turkish bath, sauna and steam room included with a massage?
Yes — all guests who book a massage may use our Turkish bath, sauna and steam room free of charge. Entry without a massage is also available: ₺1,000 for a 90-minute session.
Can I request a female or male therapist (masseuse / masseur)?
Yes. Our team includes both female and male certified therapists; simply state your preference while booking and we will do our best to accommodate it.
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards, cash and bank transfer.
Can I visit W Spa without staying at the hotel?
Yes. Although W Spa is located inside Hilton Garden Inn, it is open to everyone — there is no requirement to stay at the hotel. Simply book an appointment and visit on any day.
How do I get to W Spa?
We are inside Hilton Garden Inn at Kadı Burhanettin Mah. Toptancılar Cd. No:1, Merkez/Sivas. Free covered parking is available for our guests.
